OTL Tactical's store is located on Gasoline Alley at the Summit Point Racetrack near Summit Point, WV. The store was founded by Beth Kalyan in 2005, in order to provide support to individuals, as well as Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Military and Security professionals serving locally and internationally.
